This information may include IP Address, location information, date and time of your computer, screenshot of your screen being collected, encrypted and transmitted through HTTPS protocol to your employer organization’s server or a server in the control of FocusRO that is located in an external data center. FocusRO DOES NOT collects your keystrokes. FocusRO DOES NOT collects your web browsing URL history from browser, FocusRO DOES NOT collects any instant messaging texts. FocusRO reads encrypted screenshot files only from your computer and FocusRO DOES NOT reads and does not attempt to read any of your computer files, photos or anything from your hard drive.

FocusRO recognizes that your organization employee’s screenshots are part of your Intellectual Property. FocusRO client application that is installed on your employee computers take screenshots and encrypt and transmit via HTTPS protocol to the server. In FocusRO ML instances our code decrypts those screenshots one by one and keep them in buffer temporary memory, And then FocusRO machine learning algorithm detects the productivity / distraction score of that particular screenshot, Each ML instance stores each individual organization’s encrypted screenshot, So in a rare hack attempt. Even one ML instance server hacked the exposure will be limited to that particular Organization and encryption Public and Private keys are unique for each Organization.
All encrypted screenshots in both public / private ML instances will be automatically deleted within 30 days of first hand processing.
We take precautions — including administrative, technical, and physical measures — to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect your information, both during transmission and once we receive it.
